I lived in Hong Kong a few years back and I used to love the dim sum there. All the different steamer baskets and plates make it so much fun and most importantly, dim sum is excellent on a hangover, which I'm ashamed to say, was my general state when I was living there. I made a flying visit to Hong Kong en route to New Zealand earlier this year and ate almost everything on the menu here. The design is by Joyce Wang - a local interiors hotshot, so it's all very beautiful and at lunchtime it was buzzing. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone – it's very central too, in the Standard Chartered Building. Can anyone recommend a decent dim sum restaurant in London?
